The LSU Rugby Club is hosting the Western Rugby Union Collegiate Mens and Womens Division One and Division Two Championships this weekend.
Matches have kicked off as of 9am this morning on what is reported to be a beautiful day and fantastic facilities.

Mens DII Semis 9am KO
A. UNC (1) vs. Texas Tech (4) – TX Tech wins in come from behind fashion to win 22-29 after being down 17-12 at halftime and 22-12 midway through the second half.
B. CO School of Mines (2) vs. St. Louis Univ (3) – SLU has HT lead over Mines 6-10 and pulls away in second half for strong win 34-11.
Womens DII Semis 11am KO
C. Wayne State (1) vs. Truman (4) – Wayne State dominates first half with 22-5 HT lead. Wayne State wins 27-10.
D. Univ Wyoming (2) vs. Texas Tech (3) – Tx Tech is off to a fast start with 17-5 HT lead. Second half falls the same as first half with Tech Women winning in dominating fashion 34-10.
Mens D1 Semis 1pm KO
E. Texas A&M (1) vs. Colorado State (4) – ATM 40 demolishes CSU 11 to book rematch with LSU in West Final.
F. Colorado Univ (2) vs. LSU (3) – LSU fights back from a come from behind win (17-10) to meet ATM for third time this season with league series split 1-1, but ATM advanced as higher seed on total points.
Womens D1 Semis 3pm KO
G. Texas A&M (1) vs. Univ. New Mexico (4) – ATM women follow their male counterparts and dominate UNM 41-0 (10-0 HT).
H. Colorado Univ (2) vs. Air Force (3) – The Lady Buffalos also had an easy time with local rival Air Force with 30-8 victory (23-0 HT).
