Texas State High School Championships, April 27-28 Austin, TX

The 2013 Rugby Texas State High School Championships will be played this coming weekend, April 27-28, at the legendary Burr Field complex, home of the Austin Rugby Club. Congratulations to all the teams that qualified for the playoffs following a hard season.

Qualifying in Division I are Austin Westlake, Woodlands, St. Thomas and Alliance. The D-II champion will be decided among LakeTravis, Kingwood, Memorial and Allen. Girls’ play will feature teams from Kingwood, Woodlands, Austin and St. Pius.

Players, coaches and fans of all teams are encouraged to attend the showcase event of the year for Rugby Texas. Admission is only $5 per car. The game schedule is:
