The TRU Board is now accepting nominations for individuals interested in running for two positions, Men’s DII and DIII Club Representative. These individuals will represent the DII & DIII Men’s Clubs respectively. They will be required to attend all board meetings, TRU AGM’s, and board conference calls.
Individuals in their respective division may nominate themselves by submitting a rugby resume as well as a personal statement (maximum 500 words) explaining why they wish to run. Teams in their respective division may also nominate individuals. The TRU Admin will then contact the nominee to determine if they accept the nomination and acquire the requested documents. Please send nominations to the TRU Admin by August 12, 2015 by 5pm.
The men’s representative are voted on by their respective division. Clubs must be TRU members in good standing. Each team will have one vote. Voting will be held by electronic ballot after the summer AGM and will be monitored by Wendy Young, TRU Admin.

Aug 12: Nominations close.
Aug 16: Other nominations can be accepted at AGM.
Aug 20: Nominations posted to the TRU website for review
Aug 22: Voting opens
