The TRU Board is now accepting nominations for individuals interested in running for two representative positions, Men’s DI and Women’s. These individuals will represent the Men’s DI & Women’s Clubs respectively and hold three year terms. They will be required to attend all board meetings, TRU AGM’s, and board conference calls.
Individuals in their respective division may nominate themselves by submitting a rugby resume as well as a personal statement (maximum 500 words) explaining why they wish to run. Teams in their respective division may also nominate individuals. The TRU Admin will then contact the nominee to determine if they accept the nomination and acquire the requested documents. Each representative is voted on by their respective division. Clubs must be TRU members in good standing and each team will have one vote. Voting will be held by electronic ballot after the summer AGM and will be monitored by Wendy Young, TRU Admin.

Aug 21, 2016: Additional nominations can be made at the TRU AGM and nominees can speak to members
Aug 23, 2016: Nominations posted to the TRU website for review and online voting opens
Aug 29, 2016 (at 5pm): Voting closes
Sep 2, 2016 (no later than): Election results posted on TRU Website
