   1. Bid Hosts
      1. Young: We’ve heard from various clubs that they will be bidding for events. TRU/RRRC bids are due Jan 15. USAR bids are due Feb 5.
   2. CMS
      1. Young: Corpus is all caught up, now watching Tyler and their 12/16 match. Derek has acknowledged my emails but hasn’t requested the match to be unlocked yet.
   3. MD1 Playoff Format
      1. Dodge: The six D1 clubs have been discussing a proposal that I put forth. The proposal was that Glendale would give up any possibility of a home field advantage (RRRC playoffs). The playoffs would be a Friday/Sunday playoff built around the May 4-6. The catch would be that the D1 clubs would agree to subsidize Glendale’s travel in return. The teams are discussing and we are trying to have a call this Wednesday to discuss this further. It’s my hope that we’ll reach an agreement before January 20th. It would then be submitted to this committee for an electronic vote. If the clubs can’t reach an agreement we’ll have to review other proposals.
         1. Dodge: If the D1 clubs can reach an agreement, does anyone have an objection to an electronic vote? NONE. APPROVED.
   4. WD1 Waiver – Approval by CSC Required
      1. Dodge: I was informed by Alan Sharpley that the CSC has to approve all the waivers that the NCC approves. I don’t know when their next call is but I’ve run it by the chair and it sounds like it should be approved. I’ll update you once that gets done.
   5. DRFC 3 v. Abilene (previously an unplayed forfeit)
      1. Young: This was rescheduled for 4/7/18, updates have been made in CMS and WTR.
   6. Working group to propose solution for lack of eligibility documentation
      1. Dodge: The working group has exchanged a number of emails and they are looking at solutions. They’ve requested until next call to submit proposals.
