Tournament Form

Use this form to submit your tournament to the Texas Rugby Referee Association (TRRA) and for placement on the TRU Calendar. A tournament placed on the TRU Calendar does not mean it will be staffed by the TRRA.

The initial estimate should be submitted 30 days prior to the tournament and confirmed no later than a week out.

  • We will make every effort to work with the date you have chosen. We reserve the right to request that a tournament date is changed.

    NOTE: TRU will not track your USA Rugby Sanctioning status, please let admin@texasrugbyunion.com know once your requested USA sanctioning is completed.

    A USA Rugby sanction is an official designation issued by USA Rugby which approves and licenses the holding of a Rugby Tournament or event outside of regular season competition and practices. The sanction is also a contract, which evidences the event's commitment to follow national and international rules, to ensure all participants are compliant with USA Rugby's rules and regulations and to provide a safe environment for the participants and spectators. Once the event has satisfied the sanction requirements, the event's application for sanction is approved.
