TRU Collegiate HP Details – Please forward to Players & Coaches

College Coaches and Players,

During the summer, the TRU Collegiates got together to lay out the schedule for the 2010 – 2011 season. At that time, the dates for the TRU HP Program were put into place. Those are as follows:

Sept 18, 2010 One Day Open Camp
Oct 2 and 3, 2010 One Team – Cowtown Tourney
Oct 23 and 24, 2010 One or Two Day Final Team Camp
Nov 5, 6, 7, 2010 West All Star Championships in Glendale Colorado

The goal of the TRU HP Program is to develop players and coaches in hands on drills and strategic patterns of play best suited for the rugby situation at hand. We firmly believe that drills are good to a point – we must have class room time, dialogue on specific patterns of play in specific game time situations, and we must have the top coaches available all while teaching the player’s proper diet and recovery for peak performance.
