NSCRO (TRU Collegiate Div III) is looking for bids for venues to host the Men’s Collegiate Div III “Cowboy Qualifier” regional qualifiers on March 23 & 24, 2013. There will only be 4 teams involved (top 2 teams from Texas and top 2 teams from Colorado). Therefore it could all be held on one field (2 games Saturday, 2 games Sunday). Please submit your bids to Shayne at shayner@hotmail.com by December 19th at 5p.m. C.S.T. The only real requirements that we ask are that it be in a city near a major airport for ease of travel from Colorado, some form of restrooms on site, and some form of bleachers or seating for some spectators.
Please feel free to include other things such as: hotel connections, changing facilities, scoreboard, lights, or anything else that you think that would help set you apart from other venues, along with what you ask in return. Please include such things as cost of field usage for the 4 games, if there will be a charge for spectators or parking, if there will be concessions, etc. Also make sure the field is available for those days. The LSC will make a decision by December 21st and let it be known to everyone.
