Great news, all schedules have been loaded into Who’s the Ref (TRU Calendar) and CMS! Your logins have also been distributed along with the 2015-2016 USA Rugby Competition Management System Handbook.
A few reminders about CMS:
- Confirm your schedule!
- Teams need to have their results submitted no later than 24 hours after kickoff.
- Both sides are expected to enter their rosters, substitutions, and scores for each match.
- You may use the forms included in this document (pages 21-23) if you need assistance collecting that data. The running score, roster, and substitution form should be signed by both team captains (or coaches) and the match official for all of your matches.
Also note that the competition management handbook (linked above) has 99% of the answers that you will need to use the system. As such, please consult the handbook before contacting an administrator.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot locate a player in your player dropdown after logging in, but see that player on your public roster at usarugby.org, please contact Erik Geib (email@example.com) and copy the TRU Administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org).
