The TRU Virtual Sessions start this week (one is tonight!) and we urge you to check out our experts and get registered.
The sessions begin on August 25 with Gordon Hanlon who is an expert at Rugby Analysis and Review. He will teach you how to approach the game from an analytical point of view, using both statistical & video analysis tools, software and more.
Two days later, Dallen Stanford hosts his first session on August 27. He will cover what it takes to be a broadcaster in rugby and will take you through his journey including tips for all those aspiring commentators!
Next up is Speed School with Bryson Tucker and Sacrifice Training starting September 2. Bryson will take you through three sessions of his custom built program to improve your running mechanics and speed!
Last but definitely not least, our very own American Rugby Pro Training Center (ARPTC) is hosting a robust virtual program beginning on September 7 and running through November 30. These sessions are ONLY available to members that are registered with the TRU and every week there will be a topic covered in the game of 7s or 15s. Players can simply listen or there is an opportunity through SportsYou to try out the skill and then receive feedback.
