Another month has gone by and we’re introducing two new Virtual Sessions and ARPTC continues their fall programming.
Justin Goonan - S&C
Justin is no stranger to Texas rugby as he graduated from Texas A&M. He then received his masters degree in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Greenwich in England. For his virtual sessions, he will be taking viewers through 2 sessions around the 4 pillars of performance and how to evaluate your performance to create a more efficient training routine. Justin is one of the most experienced American Rugby strength coaches with a diverse experience within multiple sports.
Justin’s sessions will be available to watch on Facebook and Youtube, get more info at https://texasrugbyunion.com/virtual/.
Gordon Hanlon - Coaching Philosphy
Gordon is returning again with 4 more sessions focused on Coaching Philosophies. He will be looking to cover how a coaches vision shapes the team’s season, player positional profiles and development, planning practice sessions (not as easy as you think!), and games based vs drill based activities.
He will also be featuring an amazing Coaches Round Table with some of the top coaches from the TRU.
Gordon’s sessions will be available to watch on Facebook and Youtube, get more info at https://texasrugbyunion.com/virtual/.
ARPTC - Fall Programming
