Summit on the Game
The Texas Rugby Union is holding our sixth annual Regional Development Summit on November 5-7 in Pflugerville, TX. This greater Austin city has many delights but we’ll be spending the majority of our time at the Courtyard by Marriott Pflugerville Conference Center.
Field sessions accompanying many of the courses will be held at the Northeast Metropolitan Park.
We are excited to present an expanded program with courses for coaches, referees and players. This event is for rugby of all levels including adults, collegiate, high school and youth, fans, and die-hards alike.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Pflugerville Conference Center [16100 Impact Way, Pflugerville, TX 78660 – MAP] for November 5-7, 2021.
This special room rate will be available until October 8 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
The welcome social will be at the Summit hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Pflugerville Conference Center [16100 Impact Way, Pflugerville, TX 78660 – MAP]. Starting at 7:00PM on November 5, 2021.

We will be celebrating the 2020 and 2021 classes of the Texas Rugby Union Hall of Fame. Held at the same location as the Summit on Saturday evening, November 6, 2021.
Join us as we celebrate these 11 individuals and team whose lives or careers are inextricably woven into the fabric of our history. This event was established in 2016 and we’ve inducted 5-10 members each year.
The evening will begin with a social hour and then we will move into the banquet room for a formal dinner. Attire for the event is semi-formal or “Black Tie Optional”.
