The first TOLA tournament of 2021 is in the books and we’re so happy that rugby is back!
We kicked off the 2021 TOLA Series in Dallas with the 40th Lonestar 7s tournament. 26 teams fought all day but in the end, the Huns took the overall title over Dallas in the men’s final while Gorilla Rugby took third and the Quins placed fourth.
In the women’s division the Valkyries were undefeated on the day and took the final over the Quins. Dallas took third and Grand Prairie came in fourth.
The action continues this weekend with Bloodfest 7s in Austin, TX. Next week is Hell of Highwater 7s in Houston, TX. After that we take a break for the 4th of July holiday and then there are tournaments every weekend until the TOLA finals on August 7 in Shreveport.
