We’re kicking off our upcoming TRU Summit weekend with a welcome social at Chef’s Table at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown hotel. We’ve reserved space for everyone and will have appetizers and complimentary drinks starting at 8pm.

Airport
When it comes to traveling to the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel from the airports in Dallas, namely DFW International Airport and Love Field, you have two options. However, we highly recommend flying into DFW International Airport for your convenience. This airport provides a direct train service that can take you directly to the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel.

Hotel
We have organized a group of rooms at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel [MAP] with a special discounted rate of $180 per night. It’s important to know that these rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kindly note that this room block will be valid until August 11. If you encounter any issues or receive a notification stating that no rooms are available before August 11, please contact us at traci@texasrugbyunion.com. We will promptly inform the hotel and explore the possibility of securing additional rooms.
Hall of Fame Banquet
We will be celebrating the 2023 class of the Texas Rugby Union Hall of Fame at the same location as the Summit on Saturday evening, August 26.
