USA Rugby’s High Performance Group has formalized the pathway to be selected for both the USA Falcons and the USA Eagles Men’s 7s teams. As part of this updated selection process, a high-stakes, invite-only event is set to take place in Los Angeles on Friday, May 2, 2025, alongside LA 7s. Eight elite teams, made up of the best IOC-eligible 7s players in the country, will face off with one goal in mind—earning selection to represent the USA Falcons at the EAAST 7s in France on May 31–June 1.
RRRC LA 7s Rep Team Trials Set for April 6
To identify the squad that will represent the Red River Rugby Conference (RRRC) in LA, an open training and trial session will take place in Dallas:

Who Should Attend?
Players who believe they’re ready for the next level—and want to be seen by selectors—should come prepared to train and compete in 7s rugby.
- Must be currently registered as a domestic player in good standing
- Must be 18 years or older
Important Notes
- Players selected for the LA 7s event will be responsible for their own airfare
- Efforts are being made to cover entry fees, lodging, and local transport
