    5. Next Season’s schedule and structure
      1. Men
        1. HARC men have requested promotion to MD1
          1. Current MD1 clubs have doubts of HARC rank and file membership buy-in
        2. SA/HURT promoted to MD1 based on MD1 club nominations and vote by committee
          1. SA and HURT have indicated they will appeal
            1. Both sides have been notified by Gordon
            2. TRU Board will take up San Antonio appeal next Monday
          2. MD1 Rational:
            1. Promoting only 5th in the MD2 table HARC will lower likelihood of HARC successfully finishing season
            2. Promoting 3 MD2 clubs will give them each opponents they play already
            3. Note there are only 4 MD1 and 10 MD2 clubs. The mechanics of the automated policy will result in a further depletion of MD1 without MD2 promotion.
        3. D1 – Dallas Harlequins – required appeal – last in table & point differential
          1. Dale (Quins) has been notified
