Registration is officially open for the 10th Annual TRU Summit. Join us in Houston for a full weekend of rugby development, celebration, and connection with coaches, referees, players, administrators, and supporters from across the region.

What to Expect
The weekend runs from Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24 and includes:
- Friday Welcome Social – Free drinks and food at the Hilton’s wine bar
- World Rugby Certification Courses – Coaching (Level 1 and 2), Referee, and Strength and Conditioning
- Rugby Knowledge Pathways (RKP) – Continuing education sessions for players, coaches, administrators, fans, and volunteers. Topics include recovery, club operations, the scrum, attack and defense, social media, and more
- TRU Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Saturday afternoon, open to all TRU members
- Hall of Fame Banquet – Saturday night celebration with discounted add-on tickets available during registration

Why Clubs Should Attend
We encourage clubs to send 4–5 representatives across different roles. With multiple tracks running all weekend, the more people you send, the more your club gains. Cover more ground and return with valuable insights to elevate your team.
Scheduling Notes
World Rugby Certification courses require full-day attendance. You may take one course per day. Coach Level 2 spans both Saturday and Sunday and cannot be combined with other sessions.

Stay Onsite
All Summit events take place at the Hilton Houston North, including the Welcome Social, AGM, and Hall of Fame Banquet. A discounted rate of $129 per night is available through August 9. The hotel offers a 24-hour complimentary shuttle from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
