We’re pleased to invite you to the Texas Rugby Union Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, August 23, held in conjunction with the TRU Summit Education Conference at the Hilton Houston North.
The AGM is a critical event for all clubs and members as we come together to discuss the state of the union, connect with leadership, and help shape the future of rugby across the region.

Free Admin Course Access with AGM Attendance
We’re offering free access to the Administration track for one representative from each club who registers and attends the AGM.
This is a great opportunity to strengthen your club’s operational knowledge and leadership capacity
What to Expect During the Weekend
Welcome Social – Friday, August 22 | 8:00–10:00 PM
Kick off the weekend with our annual Welcome Social. Connect with peers over complimentary drinks and appetizers at the Hilton Houston North lobby bar.
Summit Courses – Friday through Sunday
Advance your skills and knowledge in Coaching, Refereeing, and Administration through a variety of expert-led sessions. We strongly recommend sending multiple representatives so your club can engage in every track.
Annual General Meeting – Saturday, August 23 | 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
This session will include Union updates, a forum for member questions, and a live Q&A with nominees for TRU Board and Red River Competitions Committee positions.

Hall of Fame Banquet – Saturday Evening
Celebrate the newest inductees into the TRU Hall of Fame at our formal banquet. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
