  • TRU Board Election results:
    • Vice President – Tomsak replaced by Ryan Little
    • Mens D1 Rep – Dodge replaced by Joe Wood
    • Womens Rep – Armstrong has been re-elected from Interim to full term
  • RRRC Elections results:
    • Chair – McPhail is pending confirmation of the RRRC members at next meeting in October
    • MD1 – Dale; unopposed
    • MD 2 – Hanlon replaced by Carlos Batrez (HURT)
    • MD3 – Wegman; re-elected
    • Women – Hunter; unopposed

  • TRU Admin / Max Wilson: 
    • Reminder of TRU and RRRC Google Drive migration to Shared Drive
    • Social Media and email comms requests can now go to Max Wilson.
      • Check for a media@ or similar to add him to.

    • Club Admin in RX will rollover; no changes needed.
    • TRU will create the Teams in RX
    • TRU Board member emails created, finalizing full logins 
      • Migration of file and folder access continuing with new emails

        • Scheduled for April 11, 2026 
        • RRRC discussed moving back to a two day format but retaining Championships only format.  The majority and overwhelming preference is still one day format.
          • How do we format? 
            • MD1, MD2, MD3, MD4
            • WD1, WD2, WD3
          • Last year MD4/WD3 were added to RRRC.  Discussion to add one or both to the 2026 GCSR.  
      • Gulf Coast 2026:
        • April 24-26, 2026 (TX host)
        • First weekend of May in 2027 (Away) 
        • First weekend of May in 2028 (TX host)
      • Bid packets have been sent out for all events (RRRC / GCSR / USA) and have been published to FB and TRU website.
  • Tournaments & Touring Sides – Policy Position from USAR:

      • Referee assignments will be done via RX this season.  No more Who’s The Ref.
        • No contact details shown.  Hansel to load the contacts page to TRU website.

      • Working with Zach on an updated Red / Yellow Card form.  
      • Discussion regarding Tulsa RFC:
        • Membership was predicated on contribution to the TRRA to offset increased costs related to travel and match support.
        • Tulsa President (Luke) has stepped down.  David reached out to the new leader (Sean) on 5/27 for an update.  Nothing in writing since that date.
        • Ross has reached out multiple times via email, phone and text with no response.
        • David to craft an email based on Boards unanimous consent; with attachments.
