        • RRRC discussed moving back to a two day format but retaining Championships only format.  The majority and overwhelming preference is still one day format.

            • Discussion to add one or both (MD4 / WD3) to the 2026 GCSR.

  • New Business: 
    • McPhail – discussion regarding RRRC and GCSR hosting.

    • Little: Books for next meeting (DRM).  Forfeits need to be handled by RRRC.  Review of compliance dates 
    • Wood: Nothing to report.
    • Carlos: Nothing to report.
    • Zach: Four people take the JD course over the summer.  One is RT and the other is College.  Going to a “global” DC to ensure coverage across all levels.  Group of 5 in TX, 1 in OK, plus National group. ZH to loop in Hansel on a card reporting system.  This will facilitate a state wide database of card citings.
    • Louis: Nothing to report.  Concern about AC registration, get with TH and JW.
    • April: MG Allstars coming together well.  Two tryouts held (Aus/DFW).  Final selections in DFW.  HOU had field issues.  DRM working on grant for MG from the SCC.
    • Ross: Nothing to report. 
      • Reminders:
      • Discussion regarding Tulsa RFC:
        • Membership was predicated on contribution to the TRRA to offset increased costs related to travel and match support.
        • Tulsa President (Luke) has stepped down.  David reached out to the new leader (Sean) on 5/27 for an update.  Nothing in writing since that date.
        • Ross has reached out multiple times via email, phone and text with no response.
        • David to craft an email based on Boards unanimous consent; with attachments.
