          • All teams are cleared with exception of Grand Prairie; 13 players registered.
        • Alamo City and Old Skool were given deadlines to register 15:
          • Alamo City has gotten 18 registered.  Made the deadline.
          • Old Skool has gotten 20 registered.  Missed deadlined and had Coach issues with Safesport.

          • Cy-Fair 19 – showed up with 13 to Bay Area.  Friendly scheduled with HURT but cancelled.

      • Match Day Refresher – Max can send out refreshed reminders to the Teams via social media on: Confirming Referee in RX, confirm travel details, roster input pre and post match, game day match app rosters/movements/scores/cards/ etc.

        • Reps have been advised to follow up with respective member clubs.
      • Ross – on “Fixtures” side.  You can see the Referee that has been assigned & confirmed.

        • Arkansas Gryphons MD3 vs Little Rock MD3 match 
          • LR missing 10. Was 10 not registered, yet played? LR 10 for Nov 8th match registered on Nov 7th
          • The Player with Name Withheld has been corrected.
          • Gryphons player #18 missing full name. Violation of regulations.
            • “Ty” has pulled himself out of the team group.  He did not take the field.
            • Team instructed to fix or transfer him to At Large.
      • Forfeits Operating Policies – Texas Rugby Union 
        • Alamo City MD4
          • Nov 1 at Corpus – late notice to TRRA.  Ref traveled for a game of “Tens” effectively.
          • Nov 15 at McAllen – Advance forfeit based on RX in Admin Portal.
          • Hansel to confirm with Jeff on reschedule or forfeit?   Hansel had not been copied on email.  Jeff forwarded.

              • Durant OK – Good partnership being cultivated, two quality pitches with 3rd as warm up.  Logistics concern.
              • Little Rock – Two quality grass fields.  Conditions of 3rd as warm up?  Logistics concern.
              • Austin Blacks – Three grass fields / Similar format as last year.
              • Woodlands / Bear Branch – Only has one grass field available.  
              • Alliance – currently in litigation with the Parks group and not currently in “good standing”

          • Bids
            • Gulf Coast (3x) – Discussion.  Two day event. Need to clear with GC members.
              • Durant, OK – See above. Not listed as an approved city in GCSR MOU.
              • Austin Huns – Two grass fields.  
              • Alliance – See above.  The second field has target completion of the same weekend.

                • Suggest having Texas 2nd and 3rd play at RRRC’s and have the winner play Texas 1st play at GCSR weekend.  
                • No other teams in the region play D1 and top RRRC teams need the match time prior to Nationals.

    • Referees
      • Fall has been busier than years past due to colleges and moving D3 matches up.
      • Now 89 referees are available, versus 70 at this time last year.
      • Rod P. recommended a Referee from the Tulsa area.
      • Oklahoma and Arkansas referee issues.
        • Was this resolved as promised?
          • Pending.  
          • Gryphons are working with TRRA.
          • David needs to discuss further with Tulsa, OKC & LR.

      • Just jumped off the USA Sevens conference call.  Narrowing down national venues.
    • Events
      • All Stars to be discussed at the next Board meeting.
      • Mary Graham All Stars – all going well.
    • New Business
      • Club Compliance and Registration Numbers – Texas Rugby Union
        • Required dates no longer line up with reality. Change to X weeks/months before the club’s first match? Other? 
          • Alter #1 to 45 days before first match and #2 to 30 days out
          • Motion:  Norton, Second KC Approved
        • Enforcement, not compliant by 30 day deadline within 10 days, proposes a fine to TRU and reschedule match. 
        • Motion to accept above changes. 
          • Travis, Second Jeff. Approved
      • MLR sides that folded leaving some players and refs orphaned
        • “Welcome to Texas” recruiting, marketing effort. Action Item: Travis and Walker to get with Max 
        • Help build up lower divisions clubs and bring talent to Texas
        • Action Item: Divisional reps to contact their clubs for feedback for further direction
