        • Propose Google Group listing under RRRC email that way it catches all Admins and Support personnel that needs to effect match change.  Ex.  RRRC@texasrugbyunion.com

        • Match organized.  Changed late to 10’s.
        • TRRA reassigned the referee, twice.
        • Cancelled again Friday night 1130pm.
      • Houston Arrows vs Woodlands D4 – last minute with no other match scheduled?
        • Arrows had injuries,illness, etc.
        • It was late by policy.
      • Alliance (MD3-N) forfeiture of the season
        • Player Eligibility remainder of the competitive season:
          • Given the circumstances, USA Eligibility will support whatever we come up with.
          • Hansel will approve transfers in RX as currently submitted.
          • Full list of player transfers to be sent to Tam; full list is RRRC/TRU approved.
          • Make Jeff, Travis, Hansel Admin for Alliance and remove other Admin
        • League Standings Calculation for playoff advancement:
          • Travis will work with Hansel on action items to make all matches (played & unplayed forfeits), all scores 28-0 (played & unplayed), all teams to input 23 person roster.
  • RX items
    • Build out of RRRC and GCSR:
      • RRRC – Hansel to create a working committee to set up.  Strongly Rob & Norton or other volunteers.
      • GCSR – Same as above.(Great job, Rob)
  • Discipline:
    • Tulsa vs OKC Legion – Uncited cards, video sharing, multiple fights reported.
      • RRRC reminder of proper sideline decorum and responsibility of Clubs & Coaches
    • Bay Area vs Spartans – Language, sideline control, multiple fights post match.

    • Four different D3 matches have been rescheduled to March 28, which is the playoff semifinals weekend.  Two matches appear to be fine, as the teams do not appear to be in contention for playoffs, but the other two, both in D3 north, involve teams that are towards the top of that division currently.  Jeff notified the teams of this issue and copied Hansel to avoid allowing more teams to reschedule on this weekend if the match involves playoff potential teams and want to mention it tonight.

    • Dallas Harlequin Womxn forfeited their travel match to Life University (Jan-17th):
      • Based on unplayed & not rescheduled match, the Lady Quins would not be able to advance to the RRRC Championship or the GCSR.  
      • Further sanctioning and assessment of travel / home matches to be reviewed at appropriate time.  Fine to be assessed & collected?
        • Fine of $150. KC to send email and CC Hansel to collect payment
