- Semi Finals / Higher Seed; March 28th
- Semifinal Format – 4
  - Four subdivision winners will compete in the Semifinal Round, with the higher-seeded teams hosting.
  - Subdivision winners will be determined by standings points within each subdivision, with tiebreakers applied if necessary. , with tiebreakers applied if needed.
  - Seeding for the semifinals will be based on weighted average standings points (Standings Points earned ÷ Maximum Possible Standings Points).
  - The #1 seed will host the #4 seed, and the #2 seed will host the #3 seed on March 28th, 2026, unless otherwise agreed by all 4 playoff clubs to minimize semifinals travel.
  - MD2: 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3
    - Based on table at this time: HURT, GP, SA & Blacks
  - MD3: 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3
