          • Promotion – Collin County and The Woodlands have been at the top of the subdivisions the past few seasons.
          • Need to look at pushing Collin County to move up to MD3 as they are not helping the competition by blowing out teams by playing lots of guys with D1 thru D3 experience which is the vast majority of their squad.
          • Comp was allowing rosters over 23. This was intentional.  Rolling Subs.
          • Can also look at The Woodlands as well but think that their success is based on having some D2 guys playing in the D4 matches. 
          • Consider adding in more eligibility rules.

        • Action Item – All divisions to share electronically their revised models for 2026-27 by end of April.  Circulated in time for the May meeting.
        • Hansel requested to be looped in for Scheduling in order to migrate RX and AI.

            • Discuss with Woodlands to see resolution of D3/D4 side.
            • Discuss benefits and challenges of the impact of massive promotion or blanket sharing of the competition and geographic challenges.

    • TRRA numbers from 71 to over 90. 
      • Gryphons have contributed 2 refs as part of their joining TRU.
      • Tulsa still has not contributed to the pool.
      • OKC has 2 refs as well.
      • Concern over late cancellations and played forfeits which negatively impact assignments.
    • Action Item: Request financial breakdown on Referee Resources and Travel Costs along with any observations and recommendations to address Referee or Geographic gaps in coverage ability for next meeting.
    • GCSR referees have been selected.  Kat & Juan to whistle the D1 matches.
