  • Sevens – RRRC and TOLA 7’s (3x)
    • Update – Fil stepping aside.  Dave Mc and April picking up the slack.  Looking to add another person to the leadership group.  
      • Tentative Schedule:
        • Q1 – Bloodfest June 20th
        • Q2 – Choctaw July 11th – discussion
        • Q3 – TBD – July 18th – Bids are requested for review
        • 7s National – Madison, WI Aug 8 & 9th
        • TOLA format remains the same and added as confirmed
  • Old Business: 
    • Based on prior vote, Mr. Guitan was removed as D3 representative.  A call for election of the spot for the remainder of his term (Aug-2027) shall be organized in May.  Hughes & Wegman will be guests until the position is formally filled.
    • Ryan – update on Directors & Officers INS.  
      • Still need a financial cost to review.
    • Food for thought – looking at league structure next year, dues level to support ongoing operations, referee costs, loss of teams and number of forfeits, etc. 
  • New Business: 
    • RRRC approved Hybrid D1/D2 format: Hybrid MD1/2
    • TRU rec’d a few new membership requests:New Club Applications
    • Discussion
      • Wichita & Baton Rouge inquired
      • FTW Women (15 & 7)
      • Waco Wombats (MD3 15)
      • Laredo (MD3)
      • Abilene 7s only
    • Ross: assignments sorted, hotel set, ready to go!
      • Summit / Clinics – need to be booked.  Level One only needed.
    • Zach: clean coming out of RRRC’s.
      • One undetected foul play that is going to 3rd party hearing.
      • One from Quins that carries over into the summer.
    • Summit:
      • Level One – Facebook post has already gone out of for Ref Clinic on May-16th @ Jesuit Dallas
        • Is it necessary to have a 2nd event at the Summit?  Have enough to fill a class / get an instructor?
      • Club Admin Course – check with DD
      • Womens Rep meeting coming soon for planning
    • Post Meeting Update – Joe Wood stepped down from D1 position due to work / family commitments.
      • DM got with Max to start working on building out the process (Nominations / Voting).
