          1. Women’s Committee working through next season with discussion of changing the existing WD1/D2 hybrid format.  
          2. Survey sent out regarding revised format for next season.  Virtual meeting on May-31st.

          4. July 4th – draft schedule published.

          1. Old Skool move to D4N has been requested for travel purposes.
          2. Corpus wants to stay local for travel. May need to move to the South.

    • Referee policy regarding travel bounty
      • No more TRU paying bounty. Offload bounty to clubs or reschedule match
      • Action Item: Ross to layout regions and TRU Board via Ryan Little to come up with surcharges
    • Looking at creating an Ok/Ar collective to resolve issue and/or change cost structure

    • AGM / Summit –  HOF names being finalized.  Location remains DFW.
      • Date possibly moving to the weekend of Aug-29th due to scheduling conflicts.
