      • Arkansas Gryphons forfeited their playoff match.
        • Consequences
          1. Per Policy a forfeited playoff match calls for non-advancement the following year.
          2. JW informed
          3. Action Item:  – Appeal pending
      • Policy changes?
          • Match confirmation policy time to be adjusted to earlier in the week.
          • Increase fines?  Tiered?
          • Action item – Respective reps to review and report back this week to RRRC – Summary needs to be shared with Ryan Little (TRU VP).
      • Action item – John / Ethan to make recommendations to fix issues for MD4.  
        • JK, Ethan, Travis working on structure.
          1. Central: Corpus confirmed their move to D4 Central (Blacks, Alamo City, Laredo, Corpus) at this time.
          2. North: Old Skool, Collin County, Las Colinas, Denton, FTW, Waco
            1. Tulsa is pending
          3. South D3: Arrows, Bay Area, Galveston, Shreveport 
          4. Need confirmation from HARC Men on 1st & 2nd team division status.
            1. Committee working with MD2 and MD4. 
        • In Season player movement.  Rolling subs is approved.  
          1. Need a cap on Subs?
          2. 25 max for playoffs?
          3. Transfer limitations for playoffs? 
        • Result – still pending review of historical RX rosters (Hansel / JK).
  • RX items
    • Blue Cards for Medical successfully trialed at Nationals
      • Not aware of any “blue cards” cited during league play.
      • Primarily function at playoffs.
      • Action Item: Discuss with Zak; Implement local policy?  National policy?

    • Structure – 2027 Club Structure
      • MD1/MD2 – Hybrid MD1/2
      • WD1 – Will not go forward next season 
        • Life will be playing in another competition
      • WD2 – Home and Away
      • MD3 – Home and Away
        • 3 conferences: North, South, D1c
        • Possibly organize Fall / Spring tourney for more matches
        • Tulsa update noted above – DRM waiting on update / appeal
      • WD3 – Home and Away
        • OKC Mtn Boomers – requested transfer to Mid-America; pending confirmation on fines. 
      • MD4
        • 3 conferences: North, South, Central
        • North and South – Home and Away
        • Central 
          1. To relieve referee issues will continue round robin tournaments
          2. Each home team hosts a tournament with shortened halves.
          3. Jeff & Travis are still working on potential dates.
      • Open Division
        • Will be implemented as tournaments
    • Schedule
      • In process. Draft will be reviewed by RRRC then estimated to be published end of month 
        • Deadline for feedback from reps: June 22nd

    • Referee policy regarding travel bounty
      • No more TRU paying bounty. Offload bounty to clubs or reschedule match
      • Action Item: Ross laid our regions and TRU Board via Ryan Little to come up with surcharges. (See image below)
    • Looking at creating an Ok/Ar collective to resolve issues and/or change cost structure
      • Norton put Little in touch with KJ (USACR Governance) for process research of creating a Local Area oversight body.
    • Heat Map for Referee Resources:
      • North Region has ~7 names but few weekends when a majority were/are available.
  • Events
    • AGM / Summit –  DFW – weekend of Aug-29th
      • Embassy Suites – DFW / Grapevine
        • More details this week.
    • Mary Graham
      • There was discussion outside this group on aligning MG with NCR. Anything associated with NCR will result in the event being unsanctioned which means uninsured.
    • Mens All Star
      • No discussion or proposals have been made.
