    • Club Compliance and Registration Numbers – Texas Rugby Union 
      • Some clubs are still not compliant.

      • Report issues
        • Will want to adjust report calcs for 7s only clubs
        • Maybe a calculation issue in report as Waco shows ~137
    • Board Appeals:
      • Arkansas Gryphons (non-advancement playoffs and 
      • Tulsa (relegation to D4 / membership requirements) were both denied by the TRU Board. 
  • RX items
    • Next season’s schedule to be loaded after RX turn over which is after 7s Nationals
  • 15s
  • 7s
    • Event Sanctioning (Hanson) – looking for clear guidance from USAR on event sanctioning. 
      • Currently not confirmed for Back in Black, Riverboat, or 7s by the Sea. Others? 
        • Norton & Hansel to work with Elaine V. 
        • Back in Blacks 7s includes only TRU clubs and no motleys so auto-sanctioned
      • How do we want to check on this? Communicate this to membership? 
    • Q #2 has been completed.  Next up, Q # 3, this weekend at Burr Field.
      • Men – Huns, Quins, Blacks
      • Women – Quins & HEB
  • Referees
    • Cherrybone – sanctioned?  April to reach out to Phil D.
    • Back in Black – Needs matches / schedule completed.
    • TRRA to have 2-4 assigned; congrats!
  • Events
  • New Business
    • D4 Central- Travis discussion.  There will be no referee requests for Laredo or McAllen.  They will be covered internally by the respective Clubs and not by TRRA.
      • Motion: Adopt H & A schedule for all teams in the Division.  Any matches located in Laredo or McAllen shall not be covered by TRRA  (RW / JW).  Discussion:  TRRA okay with 2 trips to CC while also covering Alamo and Blacks as part of the league structure.

    • Executive Session – Discussion of actions at Dallas / Sheriff 7s.
