- Monday, August 10th: RX shuts down for the season rollover. Teams, team admins, scoring admins, competitions, schedules, and matches will be completely wiped.
- New/Unregistered Players Training in August: Any new player training before August 14th must purchase a Weekly Membership for coverage.
- Note: Weekly memberships cost $15 and are not valid for league matches.
- Instruct new players to create an account at myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au, select “USA Rugby” (not Rugby Australia), search for “At Large” (At Large Senior Club), and select Player — Senior Club — Weekly.
- Friday, August 14th: RX opens for player and staff registration.
- Action: Ensure all players, coaches, and staff register prior to the first activity for proper coverage.
- Action: New clubs must ensure they are meeting TRU guidelines for coach and player registration.
- Action: Clubs must register and pay the USA Rugby club fee prior to TRU deadlines.
- Action: Coach certifications must be completed prior to any activities.
- Clubs do NOT need to create Teams. TRU Admin will create Teams for RRRC competitions.
- Friday, August 14th: RRRC Competitions and Teams loaded into RX.
- Action: Assign Team Administrators to Teams. This will ensure roster management for Clubs through the Match day App. This must be completed before the first match.

- Tulsa – D4 status re-affirmed. David spoke with the Tulsa President and put him in touch with JK to work on a social schedule.

- Results…were outstanding overall. First time in recent memory that RRRC had 3 teams in the top 8.
- HEB W 7th & Dallas Harlequin W 8th.
- Austin Huns M 7th & Austin Blacks M 15th.
- Tournify App was a great improvement and more development pending.
- Thanks for a great sevens season to all involved. Notably, Fil & April for running the Qualifiers and TOLA series. Fil, Rob, Michael & David were all serving various Admin roles on behalf of the SCC. Congrats!

- Policy Update Request: Last year we had rosters “encouraged” for friendly matches, but this year discuss those be required.
- Entering a roster ensures that all players are compliant, something required for all participants (including referees and coaches) to be covered by USAR liability.
- Implementing this for friendlies allows us to work through issues and provide support prior to the competitive schedule.
- As they are friendlies and not league this may have to go to TRU board
- Need to create a CAD like form for matches recorded as forfeits and other items to collect data and follow policy.
- RX will be closed for several days as part of the new 26-27 cycle.
- Reminder for all Clubs to make sure Team Admins have all appropriate access to start the season as matches and RX input will be required per normal.
