      • There are multiple levels of compliance.
      • Uninsured matches (non compliant) to be rescheduled. Includes friendlies.
      • Action Item: Reps to review matches and contact non compliant clubs.

      • Action Item: Division reps to send updates to Max and copy Hansel
    • Open Division
      • USAR had some clarifications that currently don’t impact Texas plans.
      • To keep Texas clubs that wish to participate out of trouble, each will need a separate “Open” Squad. For example, in RX the Reds have a “Dallas Reds WD2” they will also need a “Dallas Reds O”. Matches and rosters will go into the RX “Friendly” comp with both squads/teams “Open”.

        • A majority vote within the Committee will elect the committee Chair.

        • Have call with nominees on September 30th
        • Then have Max send form for email vote
