  1. Welcome – Anthony & Karl
  2. Non-Profit
    1. Dodge / Sec State
      1. Anthony – next door to the Sec State office.
      2. Karl – not been a fast process for his Club based on recent experience.
      3. Action Item: Ryan to get a hold of Dodge.  David to reach out to McAuliffe.
    2. Attorney / Corp Docs – pending
  3. DC Updates & Discussion – Zach
    1. Player – Quins and TRRA reached an agreement on sanctioning.  Resolved.  
    2. Coach – Hearing was held this past week.  No sanction from DC based on lack of details/witness.
      1. Hearing will be picking back up on Wednesday with Club focus on defined and agreed upon sanctions.
    3. Group discussion.  
    4. Shreveport 7s – Player has a DC record on file.  Safesport declined pursuit.  The player is not currently registered.  Upon registration he will be called for a hearing.  No ability to sanction until a) registration and b) hearing held.
  4. Referee’s – Ross
    1. Ross & Mary remain as Chair & Vice Chair
    2. First social matches starting Oct-10th
    3. Reminder Game Mngt Guidelines – see prior RRRC reports for link or TRU website.  
      1. Coaches / Teams should read and be prepared to play based on guidance.
      2. Minor adjustments to the Maul, YC at scrum for Prop relating to passive scrums, etc.
  5. Administration –
    1. Clarification: Hansel does RX (compliance & reports).  Max does communications.
    2. Club Compliance – Club Compliance Link

    3. Reminder that teams will now have Noon Wednesday preliminary rosters into RX..
      1. Soft enforcement during friendlies converting to stated policy once league matches resume.
    4. Discussed upcoming schedule and reviewed compliance.
    5. TRU Friendlies will be added to RX and a referee added as long as they have the following:
      1. Paid Club fee
      2. One registered, compliant coach
      3. 15 players registered for the club.
      4. Normal club games will have the player totals applied per team per policy (eg- 1 team 23 players, 2 teams 46 players, etc).

      1. Covers items such as adding Team Admins, Coach Certifications & Requirements, CMS is REQUIRED for ALL MATCHES, Name Withheld Policy.
  8. SCC Update – 
    1. 15s & 7s Chairs – Both David McPhail and David Fee both re-elected for another 2yr term.
    2. 7s has a motion to take on a more defined structure similar to SR’s.

    1. 11th Annual Mary Graham All Stars: Save the Date for December 5-6
