    1. TYRA is independent entity, but member of TRU
    2. Lost Mt. Carmel, Harlequins, Westside questionable
    3. Five new clubs possibly coming in
    4. Annual Meeting next week
    5. Discussion re Seniors supporting junior programs and possible ideas, recruiting, & match days.
    6. TYRA offers USA Rugby Training for 2 volunteers for Clinic training/cert
  2. DISCIPLINE REPORT  – Courtney
    1. Generally running smooth
      1. Seems do be reduction of serious on-field infractions
      2. Rise in Off Field, post-match confrontations.
    2. Deficiencies
      1. Discipline Reports to DD (Courtney), make sure the system implemented notices DD on all
      2. Website postings-iron-out mechanisms to make sure all Yellows & reds & sanctions are posted.
    3. Sideline / Ref abuse
      1. Spread the word that we are going to look at all reports of these types closely and critically
      2. Spread the word that reporting of such needs to be done by everyone, especially the refs
      3. Hill suggests sanctions to include mandatory ref training and re assignment

    1. James Summers “Scooter” was instrumental in the bid/award/administration.
    2. We had approximately 30 attendees between the two classes (Developing & Introducing )
      1. HOT, but spent 50% on-field; 50% classroom and wrestling mats indoors.
      2. Social at river after Sat session
      3. Sat Social well-attended (90%) for the AUS/SAF Tri-Nations match
    3. USA Reps expressed that they were pleased with the organization, facilities and support from TRU and TXST.
