TRU Club Application

Application for Texas Rugby Union Club Membership

In support of the request for TRU membership, the following documents should be attached:
Required Documents
- Club Constitution/Bylaws
- List of Team Officers/Team Structure
- List of Active CIPP'd Members
- Proof of Club Registration with USA Rugby
- Proof of USA Rugby Certified Coach Registered with team
- Description of Uniform/Kit (colors and design)
- Team Website Address; Recommended minimum information:

-- About Us
-- Pitch Directions

Email the above requested documents to admin@texasrugbyunion.com. Clubs will not be considered until all information is received.

Once all of the required documentation is sent, your application will be sent to the TRU Board for formal review. Upon conclusion of review you will be notified of approval, etc within due time. Do note that we typically recommend a probationary period before teams are entered into competition.
