Coaching Fitness for Rugby Level 1 (Sunday)

Description

Aug 29, SUNDAY COURSE – This course is open to coaches, referees, players, administrators, parents, and anyone involved in rugby. No prior experience in Strength and Conditioning is needed. The focus is on helping athletes prepare, perform, and recover effectively. Participants should wear activewear, as they’ll be up and moving throughout the day. The in-person portion runs approximately eight hours.

This Level 1 Coaching Fitness for Rugby course is designed to provide beginners with basic knowledge and understanding of strength and conditioning and a foundation of practical skills. The course will expand on the physical conditioning content in the virtual Rugby Ready course.

• Note: Participants must wear activewear, as you will be up and moving throughout the day. A dedicated lunch break will be provided during the course, and there are plenty of excellent dining options located nearby around the hotel area.

Mandatory Pre-Course Work: The World Rugby Pre-Level 1 Coaching Fitness for Rugby Course is a requirement for this course.

Register by Sunday, August 14 to receive all the benefits. Coins will not be included for anyone registering after that date, as we need to place the order in advance. Registration officially closes Friday, August 21.
