In December 2016 it was found that even with prompting our teams were still struggling to complete their CMS data on time.This data is the cornerstone of our competitions and helps determine overall standings and representatives at playoffs and Championships. Further, the locking of matches prevents teams from altering match data after the fact, and is a built-in safeguard to the system.
The TRU Board with the support of the RRRC Competitions Committee approved that the TRU Administrator will finalize and lock CMS results every Monday (at ~ 5pm).
Since December teams have had the option to complete their data on time or request unlocking. Starting February 1, there will be a $25 fee imposed to have it unlocked.
- Use the Pay Now Paypal button below to pay your fee. You can login to your Paypal account or choose “pay with debit or credit card” to use a another form of payment.
- Once you’ve paid, contact the TRU Admin at admin@texasrugbyunion.com to request that your match is unlocked. If you can include the URL of the CMS match you’d like to be unlocked, that will speed up the process.
