Forms
- Availability Form – Let the Referee Schedulers know what weekends you are available to ref! This will need to be filled out EACH season.
- Referee Master List – A list of all active referees. Please make sure your contact information is correct.
- Submit Match Report – Want to get paid? Fill this form out to submit a match report to the TRU. If you worked a tournament, DO NOT use this form. The ref coordinator of the tournament is responsible for submitting your information (see next bullet item).
- Tournament Referee Worksheet – The referee coordinator assigned to the tournament will fill this out on behalf of all referees that worked the tournament.

Policies & Procedures
- Match Protocol - Summary of Game Day Procedures for referee and host team.
- Match Fee Policy - All games refereed, assistant refereed or evaluated MUST be reported (except Tournaments) using the Match Report Form.
- Announcements - Sign up to receive TRU Email updates, hit Home and put your email in the box on the upper right.
- Continuing Education for TRRA Referees - IRB Memorandums & examples of actual refereeing situations, used to help with training referees and maintaining consistency throughout our union.
- TRU Emails – All match appointments and TRU/TRRA annoucements will go to your TRU email account. We would highly recommend that you forward your TRU account to your personal email account. If you do not have forwarding from your TRU account to your personal email, you are responsible for checking your TRU account periodically.
CIPP
- To receive match appointments you must CIPP with USA Rugby. Make sure you CIPP under Texas Rugby Referee Association here.
- Dual CIPP – If you are a current player, coach or contact with your team you will need to Dual CIPP with USA Rugby.
Evaluation
- Ref Evaluation Form - For coaches and referee evaluators. Use this form to submit your evaluation of the referee that officiated your recent match.
Tournaments
- Tournament Bid Form- Use this form to submit your tournament to the Texas Rugby Referee Association (TRRA). The initial estimate should be submitted 30 days prior to the tournament and confirmed no later than a week out.
- Tournament Referee Worksheet - The referee coordinator assigned to the tournament will fill this out on behalf of all referees that worked the tournament.
New Referees
- Welcome Email - Details on what YOU need to do to have match assignments sent to you.All important TRRA announcements and MATCH APPOINTMENTS will go to your TRU email account. If you do not have forwarding configured you are responsible for checking your TRU account periodically.
