The TRU Virtual Sessions continue this week after a fantastic start last week! If you missed the first two sessions, watch them here.
This week begins with another session by Gordon Hanlon tonight at 6pm where he will take you through the equipment and software that is needed to raise your rugby analysis game. He includes his “2-pass rule” for filming and other tips & tricks. This is session 2 of 5.
Next up is Bryson Tucker on Wednesday at Noon where he will be introducing his Speed School program. Tuesday’s video is the preview of his live sessions starting on September 7. He is hosting three live sessions that will show you how to improve your running mechanics and increase your speed! This is session 1 of 4.
