As with last year, the Union is requiring all clubs to complete a Participation Agreement.
The form will be on the website in a few days so that Clubs can complete the form online and not need to Fax / Mail.
For those that are technically challenged, the form (first page) is attached along with the 2010 proceedures. There are a few changes that will be coming to the proceedures due to GU status and other items arising from the last General Meeting.
When changes are completed, notice will be sent out with an updated effective date.
